Pest control in Grafton

Grafton has a lot of established housing on generous blocks, and mature gardens are the single biggest driver of what turns up indoors. Dense planting against an external wall is a highway; so is a woodpile stacked against the house.

The inland heat here runs hotter than the coast, which lengthens the active season for cockroaches and brings ants indoors looking for water in the dry stretches rather than food.

Riverside properties see periodic rodent movement when the water comes up. It is displacement rather than infestation, but it ends up in the same roof void.
